GY6IX Nation is proud to announce The Cool Down Initiative, our first major project. This fundraiser aims to create safe homes for soldiers, law enforcement, and first responders to decompress, process emotions, and find peace. As Founder, Ty Davis, I know the need firsthand—I could have used a place like this during tough times, but nothing existed. Let’s change that together. We will be seeking donations and community input to make this vision a reality. Your support matters. Thank you!
• SPC Ty Davis (Founder): U.S. Army Veteran, 100% Disabled, and driven to create a safe space for those who serve.
• Dustin Goodwin (Co-Founder): Dedicated to building solutions that support soldiers, first responders, and their families.
• Ben Vasquez (Executive Director): Leading operations to ensure the initiative achieves its mission.
• Anthony Forbush (Treasurer): Managing the financial foundation to bring this vision to life.
We partner with a variety of organizations and businesses in our community to provide comprehensive mental health services to those in need.
Your donation helps support our organization's mission to make a positive impact in the community. We appreciate your generosity and support!
The Cool Down Initiative

Mission and Vision
• Mission: To provide safe, private homes where soldiers, law enforcement, and first responders can process emotions, manage stress, and regain clarity without external pressures.

• Quiet Rooms: Comfortable, private spaces for reflection.
• Communal Areas: Living rooms or kitchens for peer connections if desired.
• Outdoor Spaces: Gardens or patios for relaxation.
3. Structure of Use
• Reservations for short stays (1–2 weeks).
• Anonymous access options to ensure privacy.

1. Donation Campaigns
• “Buy a Brick” Campaign: Donors contribute toward building or renovating a home, with recognition opportunities.
• Sponsor a Room: Allow donors to fund specific rooms or amenities.
2. Corporate Partnerships

3. Community Fundraising Events
• Host charity auctions, benefit concerts, or sports competitions to raise awareness and funds.
4. Merchandise Sales
• Sell Cool Down branded items like shirts, hats, or home decor to fund the initiative.
Phased Rollout Plan
1. Phase 1: Pilot Home
• Launch the first Cool Down Home in a high-impact location (e.g., near a military base or large police department).
• Use this as a model to demonstrate the initiative’s impact.
2. Phase 2: Regional Expansion
• Focus on acquiring homes in underserved areas.
• Work with local groups to identify the most needed locations.
3. Phase 3: National Rollout
• Create a nationwide network of Cool Down Homes, supported by continued donations and partnerships.
Movement and Branding
1. Logo Concept
• A home silhouette with a calm flame or an open door symbolizing warmth and safety.
2. Color Palette
• Blues (calm and peace), olive green (resilience), and white (hope and clarity).
3. Marketing Campaign
• Highlight the three pillars of the motto: Release. Reset. Reconnect.
• Feature testimonials and visual tours of homes to engage donors.
Community Engagement
1. Volunteer Involvement
• Recruit local volunteers to assist with home maintenance or provide welcome kits for guests.
2. Partnerships with Responder Organizations
• Collaborate with veteran and first responder groups to identify those in need and tailor homes to meet their requirements.
3. Educational Outreach
• Host events to raise awareness about PTSD and stress management.
Key Metrics for Success
• Year 1 Goals: Raise $500,000 to acquire and furnish at least two homes.
• 5-Year Vision: Establish a network of 10 homes across the country.
